The Flatiron remains an exterior public landmark, but its current commercial life is shifting. Official residence marketing presents private residences designed by Studio Sofield, and public listing portals show Corcoran Sunshine handling sales context.
That distinction matters for visitors and agents. You can visit the outside freely. Interior access belongs to appointment-only residential and sales channels.
Pricing should always be sourced fresh
Active listings change. StreetEasy recently showed available sponsor units ranging from eight-figure three-bedroom residences to a top-floor listing far above that range, but those figures are unstable by nature.
This site's pricing layer therefore records public-market context with source dates and points agents to the current official or listing source instead of pretending prices are permanent.
